PENSA PROFESSIONAL GUILD

The establishment of the PENSA Professional Guild (PeSPG) is a necessary intervention strategy in the Vision Direction of the Youth Ministry 2023 to 2027 which is ‘Grounded in Christ, Reaching Everyone and Taking over Everywhere for Jesus’. PeSPG will be pursued to contribute to achieving Vision 2028 of the Cop which seeks to unleash the whole church (including students) for the transformation of their world with the values and principles of the kingdom of God when they are groomed, nurtured and mentored appropriately.

Vision

To build a strong group of young professionals composed of various disciplines with godly principles and values, mentored to achieve practical capabilities for the purposes of Christ like transformation and impact in every sphere of endeavor.

Mission

To consciously and intentionally form and orientate students organized along various study areas, professions and career paths for the purposes of mentoring and networking to take over the professional space with godly principles and values.

Objectives

To build Christ-like students with godly principles and values with a developed strong will to be agents of transformation across all professional spheres.

To serve as a brigde for students in PeSPG into the CoP Workers’ Guild.

To provide opportunities for mentorship to PeSPG’s members.

To create a network of professionals in specific fields and disciplines of operation.

To facilitate the identification of potentials, career and scholarship opportunities for members of PeSPG.

To build a robust alumni body using the database generated from PeSPG at all levels.
